Good morning, Avalon families. I hope you had a nice Fourth of July. Here are the initial entries for Monday's meet. I am currently out of town but will be checking my emails periodically if you have any concerns or questions. This our last meet together as a whole team which is hard to believe. This swim season has flown by due to so much fun we have had together. Let's all shoot for best times, but most importantly good times with our friends on Monday. 

For our Pre teamers on Monday night, you will be swimming your Freestyle. This will happen at the very beginning of the swim meet, right before the 8 and under relays. We look forward to seeing you perform in front of the big crowd. It will be a great experience for you!
