Good morning. Attached are the new meet entries for the meet this evening at Westwood. There were many changes over the weekend on relays so please look over those before the meet. Your coaches would like you there by 5:15 this evening. Our warmups start at 5:30. We would like to go with the same warmup as last week. 8 and under from 5:30-5:35 in lanes 1-4. Next, from 5:35-5:45 we will have 9-10's in Lanes 1-3, 11-12's in Lanes 6, 7, 8 and 13+ in Lanes 4-5. Wear your blue and green, bring your green noodles and bring your energy for fast races!
