Good morning. Here are the meet entries for our meet on Monday @ Westwood. This is our first butterfly meet so the coaches were more cautious in putting new swimmers in that event this week. We believe that by week 6 our new swimmers will be much more confident and stronger to take on the butterfly event. This week we were able to enter extra relays in the meet to give more swimmers an opportunity to participate in a relay. If your swimmer is in a relay, but you are not able to stay that late please let me know. 

Thank you, swimmers and parents for making the season a success thus far. Please know your coaches are very proud of you. Going into the back half of the season your coaches would like to see better practice participation to gain those best times. Our 13+ group is showing little to no practice participation thus far in the season. I know that some of you are working or have other commitments but please try to make it to a few practices during the week. Fridays are a good practice to attend since your coaches prepare a challenging practice for you. Meet day is another practice where you can work on your sprints, starts and turns. Please come if you can!
