Good Morning Parents,

It's hard to believe that our next meet puts us at halfway through the season. This Monday we are traveling to Westwood. Attached is the welcome letter from Westwood with information about the meet. Below is a brief recap of the letter. 

Meet Start Time: 6:00 p.m. 

Warm-ups: Avalon will warm up second from 5:30-5:45 p.m.

Address: 6200 West Club Lane, Richmond, VA 23226

Parking: Parking is limited inside the club. It is recommended that we park along West Club Lane and nearby roads. The pool entrance faces Pollard Rd., BUT do not park on this road. Please beware of "No Parking" zones as your car will get towed. 

Guest Team Seating: Visiting team seating is located at the near end of the pool (closest to the pool entrance). Chairs are limited so please make sure to bring folding chairs. 

Food: Dining services will provide an a la carte cookout for the swimmers and families. This will be located on the outdoor terrace. The snack bar WILL NOT be open, however, ice and water bottle refilling stations are available. Credit cards will be the accepted form of payment. Kona Ice will also be at Westwood for the duration of the meet. 

Additionally, please stay off the Pickleball and Tennis Courts and out of the Family Pool. Swimmers should also stay off the sun shelf and out of the diving well during the meet.
