Good Afternoon Parents,

We are excited about our second meet which will be at home against Hermitage. If you haven't done so,  PLEASE DECLARE YOUR SWIMMERS ASAP! The coaches will be seeding our next meet tonight. Please let them know if you will or will not be at the meet on Monday. Entries will close automatically at 7 p.m. this evening.

Also, we still have over a dozen swimmers who still need to fill out a JRAC Waiver. You must have a waiver on file in order to swim in a meet. Please use this link to fill out your waiver: https://jrac2016waiver.formstack.com/forms/2024wai...

We will also shoot a team photo before our meet this Monday. Please arrive at 4:50 p.m. so that we can take the photo before our warm-ups begin.

Below are a few reminders for our meet this Monday (6/10) evening: 

• Arrive at 4:50 p.m. to take a quick team photo
• Warm-ups: Avalon will begin warm-ups at 5:15 p.m. 
• Meet Start Time: 6:00 p.m. 
• Food: The Avalon Grill will be serving burgers and hot dogs. In addition, there will be Chick-Fil A sandwiches and nuggets for sale. Deluca Gelato will also be onsite selling their delicious gelato. The snack bar will also be open during the meet where you can purchase Sou Casa Burritos.

• Seating: The home team will sit to the right of the pool (around the pool with the diving well). 
• Remember to bring your green or blue pool noodles to cheer on your teammates as they compete. We saw some great team spirit this week. Let's keep up the energy!!
