Good Afternoon,

In order to streamline practices a little better, we are adjusting morning practice times effective immediately (Tomorrow morning). They are as follows: 

10 & Under - 9-10 a.m. 

11 & Up - 10-11 a.m. 

Also, our next meet against Hermitage is right around the corner. Please make your declarations online as soon as possible. The coaches will be seeding the meet tomorrow evening and they need to know if you will or will not be there.
