Virginia is currently under a code RED air quality alert. Due to poor air quality, we are CANCELLING practices for today. The coaches encourage swimmers to stay indoors. Swimmers are encouraged to do 15-20 minutes of dryland work they have been doing at practice. That would be beneficial as we gear up for our first meet Sunday. 

For now, there are no changes for tomorrow. We will still plan on holding our joint clinic tomorrow from 3-4 p.m. If anything changes, we will let you know.
