Hello All,

All swimmers on swim team must have a JRAC Waiver on file before they are allowed to swim in a meet. Swimming without one may lead to penalties for our team. Please use the following link to fill out your waiver.

If you have more than one child on team, please fill one our for each child. Each child must have their own waiver on file.
