Good morning Avalon families. I just received the results from the champs meet and Holy Cow so many great swims and new JRAC and Avalon records were broken. Here is breakdown of the meet:

Avalon placed 5th in the final standings at champs.

Avalon received the Doug Stell Sportsmanship Award

New JRAC Yard records- Porter Linkonis 9-10 50 Yard Breast  (34.50) and Valentina Linkonis- 13-14 50 Yard Breast  (31.01)

New Avalon Records converted

Porter Linkonis- 50 Breast (38.12) and 100 IM (1:14.97)

Valentina Linkonis- 50 Breast (34.27), 50 Free (27.17), 100 IM (1:07.12)

Amelia Macholz- 100 IM (1:07.27) and 50 Breast (34.29)

Avalon in total had 185 Splashes in the meet and out of those splashes came 123 improved times!! I like those stats:) 

Your coaches are so proud of all of you for representing our team so well all season long. As I said in the banquet, the State of the Gator is strong and the great tradition continues! Thank you to all that volunteered to make this season so great and enjoyable.
