Good Evening Parents,

The ever popular parent relay is back this summer!!! At next Monday's meet (June 20th) against Glen Allen, we will hold a 100 Meter Free Parent Relay at halftime. Last season, Glen Allen graciously let us participate in their parent relay when we traveled to their pool and we have returned the favor and invited their parents to participate on Monday. Avalon will have 4 teams of parents and Glen Allen will have 2 teams. This means we have enough for 16 participants from Avalon.

If you would like to participate, email us back ASAP. We will turn the list over to Andrew Freiden on Thursday or Friday and he will form the teams. If you have any questions, please let us know.
