Good Evening Parents,

We just wanted to send out a few reminders for our meet tomorrow afternoon.

1. Swimmer Check-in - Please have your swimmer check in at the swimmer check-in table. The table will be in the back corner right to your right when you walk into the pool. For sake of time and to prevent a bottleneck at check-in, we are asking all parents write your child's events on their hand/arm with a sharpie. You can use the following example (E,H,L stands for Event, Heat, Lane):

Final entries will be sent out in the morning. For younger children, you may want to just write their event and event number on their hands. The clerk of course will make sure they are in the correct heat and lane.

2.  Warm-Ups: Avalon is the first warm-up and we will begin warm-ups shortly after 1 p.m.

3. If you are volunteering for a shift, please check in at the volunteer table and pick up your name tag. We want to thank all our volunteers for working this meet. We really can’t do this without you!

4. Hot heats are back this year!! Listen for music after you dive off the block. If you are the winner of your hot heat, you may win a small prize!!

5. Thank you to all who have signed up to bring in baked goods for our bake sale. You can drop off your goodies at the bake sale table which will be set up along the pavilion closer to the office.

6.  The grill will be open and they will be selling burgers and hotdogs. Sou Casa Burritos will also be sold at the snack bar and Deluca Gelato will be there if you need a sweet cold treat.

7.  Please note, the parking lot does fill up quickly, so please plan accordingly.

8.  Bonfire T-shirts: Tomorrow is the final day to order Avalon Swim & Dive t-shirts from our partners at Bonfire.
