Hi,
You are signed up to volunteer in our 2nd Home Meet against CCV - thank you. It is your help that enables our children to have a fun-filled and successful meet.
Please remember to check-in at the "volunteer check-in" table outside of the front gate when you arrive. If you are a 2nd half volunteer, please get your job sticker before you go to your position so that we know everyone has been relieved.
I know "stuff happens" and if you find that you are unable to keep your committment, please contact me at 338-4821 & try to find a replacement. If that doesn't work for you, I can offer other altermatives involving a fee. In fairness to all, the fee will also apply if we don't hear from you and we can not find an in-house replacement. I hope that nothing happens as it would mean that we will be missing your child which will be the biggest loss of all.
