Play in the pool on Monday & then come out and race on Tuesday at Lakeside. The address for the club is 2434 Swartwout Avenue, Richmond, VA 23228-3822. Click on the link for directions: maps.google.com/maps/place. You should probably allow 20 mins for travel time.
Here is some useful information from the club:
I want to welcome you to our pool this Tuesday. The theme of our meet is "Red White & Blue/Patriotic" and would love for you all to join us.
We are giving your team the wooden deck area by the gravel parking lot. You are welcome to bring canopies to set up on the deck for shade. We do suggest that the kids wear flip flops on the deck due to possible splinters. People should bring chairs as well.
Our concession stand will see the usual hamburger, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, pasta, caesar salads, drinks, etc. We will also have a bake sale to beneit our team.
Parking is limited. Please do not park along the entrance to our facility because this blocks emergency vehicles from coming in. If parking at our facility is full, you may park in the neighborhood adjacent to our facility, but please do not block the resident’s driveways. There is also additional parking along the fence of Moody Middle School by the baseball fields.
Our meet will start at 6:30p.m. and your warm-up time is 6:00p.m.
Our weather delay policy is a 30 minute wait.
It is backstroke again this week - let's drop some more time drop & set some new personal bests.
