Dear Avalon Parents

Poseidon Swimming is offering free indoor summer swim clinics.  If you are interested in attending any or all clinics, you must email [email protected] to pre-register.  Please advise Poseidon you are a member at Avalon.  The following clinics are being offered.

      Starts and Turns:  Saturday, April 28th    2:15 to 3:15 pm

      Freestyle and Back Strokes:  Sunday, May 6th    5:15 to 6:15 pm      

      Breast and Butterfly Strokes:  Saturday, May 19th    2:15 to 3:15             

These clinics are being offered at their new swim facility  the Collegiate School Aquatics Center located at 5050 Ridgedale Parkway, Richmond, Va. 23234     

Last year, NOVA offered a breast stroke clinic at Avalon and we look forward to organizing another such event or more!
