For those of you who have swum for Avalon for several years I know you will remember Tim Dolan.  Tim grew up swimming at Avalon, became our Head coach and then an assistant.  He now coaches for Kanawha but still has a love for Avalon.  He is a family man with a great wife and 2 lovely little boys and so I was saddened to hear that his wife,Jeanine, has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Tim has not asked me to post the link but I feel strongly that our families benefitted from all the time  and encouragement that he gave to our children and that we now need to "pay it back" during this difficult time.
