Thank you for volunteering.  This is our 1st home meet of the season which provides us with the opportunity to show our wonderful Avalon hospitality.

All volunteers need to check-in at the gate with Andrew and Mary Scott.  

First half timers need to be in place by 6:20 pm. Tyler Boyd is our Head Timer and he will meet you at the top right hand corner of the pool.

Second half timers please listen for the change over announcement.  Jim Muncy is your Head Timer and he will be in that same area checking you in.

Runners need to check in withJoan Lemelin. She will meet you at 6:20pm to the right of the snack bar.  At that point Joan will explain the requirements of your position.

Head Table and Computer workers can report upstairs by 6:35pm as there won't be anything to do until we have run some races.

As always, I know that problems arise but please complete your volunteer opportunity.  If you do not show up tomorrow night I will have to find another volunteer or hire someone to fill in.  Either way, it will cost you $30.
