For those families who have registered, but not yet paid please deposit your check with Avalon's general manager, Jack Cox at your next earliest convenience. The general manager's office is located to the right of the snack bar. Be sure to recognize in the memo section of your check the number of swimmers, and what products were purchased (if any).  JRAC (James River Aquatics Club) requires an accurate roster and will only allow those swimmers who have paid to swim, so please make your payment if you have not already done so. Preferably before the weekend as we have to reconcile the number of swimmers, payments, and products before we can provide JRAC with our roster and payment, and to have t-shirts delivered to us before the first meet.
