Tomorrow (Tuesday) Avalon swimmers will be creating a giant banner to bring to all of our meets to show our team spirit! We're asking our Mites/Midgets to stay after their normally scheduled practice times to work on the banner at Avalon Pool, and 11 & olders to arrive at practice early (anytime between 4:15-5:00) to help the younger swimmers work on the banner and to add your personal touch!

Mites arts and crafts: 4:15-4:45pm.

Midgets: arts and crafts 5:00-5:30pm.

11& older arts and crafts 4:15-5:00pm.
