Thank you for your time and commitment to the Avalon Swim Team.  Without you the meets would not happen.

If you can not make your commitment on Monday, please let Fred know at 221-0443.

• Volunteer check-in will be near the steps to the upper pool.  Please check-in when you arrive. 
• The meet starts at 6:30pm so if you are a 1st half volunteer, please be in place 10 minutes before the start.
• Timers will meet in the right hand corner of the pool near the blocks.
• Runners will meet by the steps to the board room.  You will be given your assignment & job description at that time.

If you are 2nd half, please listen for the announcement.
