Attached are the updated meet entries for Monday at Avalon. Please arrive at 5:20pm to find your seat and have all swimmers behind the starting blocks ready to swim at 5:40pm. Avalon will swim 5:45-6:00pm, CCV will warm up 6:00-6:15pm and the meet will begin at 6:30pm. After warm-ups at 6:00pm we will have a team meeting/cheer from 6:00-6:15, then we will take Mite Relays to get ready to swim, all other swimmers get ready for their first event.

Reminder for meets: After you finish your race, shake hands and say "Good race!" or "Great job!" We want to show sportsmanship to CCV!

Monday morning we will have practice, please try to attend to review meet prep things! Midgets: 8-8:45am, Mites 8:45-9:30, 11&up 9:30-10:30am. See you there!

Reminder: Pre-Team/Mini Mites (youngest swimmers who do not yet  compete) will be swimming T/W/TH 3:00-3:30pm for the rest of the season.
