RSVP for our next meet before Wednesday!
Wednesday, July 10th we will have a movie party at Short Pump to see Despicable Me 2 at 11:20am. Please Arrive at 11:00am to get tickets and find our way into the theatre. Afterwards we will stop by Sweet Frog for frozen treats! Parent volunteers are needed to help chaperone the event. Please E-mail Mrs.Bates: [email protected] with questions or to help volunteer.

Congrats to Matthew Whelan for setting a JRAC record in 50 free with a time of 27.67! Also setting an Avalon record in 100 IM with a time of 1:08.18!
