Meet Address: 8100 Holmes Ave.- Meet theme is American Red/White/Blue for the 4th of July! 

Please arrive at 5:40pm, team meeting at 5:45pm! 

Swimmers ages 9-18 (does not apply to mites), this meet we will be doing fly-over starts. This simply means after a race, swimmers will stay in the water until after the next heat starts (the swimmer on the blocks "flys over" the swimmer in the water, then they hop out). This is a more efficient way to run a meet if the swimmers remember to stay in the water. This also gives swimmers more time to shake hands after the race. The only race this does not take place is backstroke, swimmers will get out of the water immediately after they swim to allow for the next heat to start in the water. Please ask a coach if you have questions! 

Seating is located to the right side of the pool, you may want to bring your own chair. Overflow parking is on Holmes Road or Ralston Road. More meet information is attached in the Welcome Letter.

Attached is the rough draft of meet entries. A final copy will be sent out Monday morning, after changes are made.

NO PRACTICE THURSDAY JULY 4th or FRIDAY JULY 5th! Enjoy spending time with friends and family over the holiday! We will resume practice Monday morning. Please remember to RSVP for the next meet BEFORE the holiday! Coaches take the RSVP list as the first step to completing line-ups, if the RSVP list is not complete, coaches have a challenging time making a line up for the meet and getting the information to parents in a timely manner.
