Attached are the entries sorted by Name and sorted by Event, pay close attention to relays as changes were made.

Tonight's theme is 4th of July red/white/blue! 8100 Holmes Ave, please arrive at 5:40pm, team meeting 5:45pm! Sit to the right side of the pool and bring a chair! 

If you need to leave the meet earlier than planned, sign out at the card table and tell Coach Lori you are leaving.

Mites: your cards will be waiting for you at clerk of course, midgets- pick up your cards at the card table.

Swimmers ages 9-18 will be doing fly-over starts, meaning swimmers will stay in the water until the heat after them dives in, except in backstroke swimmers exit water immediately. Remind swimmers to stay in the water after they swim and use the extra time to shake hands.

Reminders: 

No practice Thursday, July 4th or Friday July 5th, enjoy spending time with your family and friends!

Looking for any experienced tie-dyers: parents or swimmers! We are hoping to organize a t-shirt tie-dying event for the team before the last meet, but we need your expertise!
