Great job to Sydney, Willow, Colin and Matthew for breaking the JRAC record in 200 Medley Relay! 

Thank you parent volunteers for sticking out in the rain at the beginning of the meet! We appreciate it! 

NO PRACTICE July 4th or July 5th! Enjoy the holiday with your friends and family! If you would like to come to the pool and swim, here is a practice to do on your own :)

Ages 5-9: 4x25 breaststroke kick, 4x25 breaststroke swim, 1x100 IM, 1x100 Free, 1x50 choice swim

Ages 10-18: 200 swim, 8x25 kick choice, 8x25 drill choice, 2x100 IM, 1x200 free (with flip turns), 6x50 swim choice.

Please try to attend Monday morning practice to get ready for the swim meet! 

If you have not RSVPed or signed up to Volunteer for our meet Monday, PLEASE go to the website this afternoon. Coaches are working on line ups today. We will send a rough draft out, however if you did not RSVP you may not be in the line up. MEET THEME= NEON!!! Wear your bright colored Neon shirts, GLOW STICKS, anything bright!!! :) more details to come.
