Wednesday, July 10th: Despicable Me 2 at Short Pump, arrive 11:00am and check in with Mrs.Bates. Bring an emergency contact phone number written down or in your phone, parents are invited too! After movie Sweet Frog for ice cream! 

Thursday, July 11th- Tie-Dye T-shirts! Our last home meet and Champs theme will be Tie-Dye and Glow Sticks! Bring a white pre-washed without fabric softener T-shirt, plastic bag and rubber bands Thursday to afternoon practice. All ages and parents are invited to tie-dye t-shirts and help the younger swimmers! We will still have regular practice. Tie-dye times: Mites: 4:15pm, Midgets: 5:00pm, 11 and older 5:45pm. If you know someone cannot make it you can tie-dye a shirt for them to wear at our last meet!

Monday, July 15- Last home meet! Graduating seniors (and parents) will be recognized before the start of the meet, more details to come. Mini-Mites are invited to participate with a 25 freestyle at the meet, RSVP on the team website if you would like to be added into the line up!

Mini-Mites: Cupcake meet and last practice is Tuesday 3:00-3:30!

Sunday, July 21- Team Banquet at Avalon pool in the evening. More details to come, mark your calendars!
