We have more swimmers competing Monday than at any other meet. We are at HOME, and this is the last meet for many of us. We scored very well when we swam at Three Chopt earlier this season. We have a real opportunity to score well again. Especially, with almost everyone swimming. We need fast swims and if you are in a relay, please do not leave if at all possible. One, it is not fair to those left not to be able to swim, but two, relays are A LOT of fun!  

Tie-dye t-shirts and glow sticks is the theme for kids, and for those parents who still have some Grateful Dead t-shirts it might be time to break them back out!  See everyone on Monday.   Fred
