Meet entries are attached, a few changes were made, please double check your events from this file.

Mini-Mites who would like to participate tonight: arrive at the meet before 6:00pm (you do not need to participate in warm-ups) and find Coach Maggie to check-in. We will be hand writing cards for mini-mites and they will NOT be listed on the events list. Maggie will write you a card and the cards will be waiting for you at the clerk of course when they call for Mite 25 Freestyle (after IM). Mini-Mites come to the clerk of course located inside the gate of the baby pool. Swimmers will be seated with the mites and walked up to the blocks with the rest of the swimmers.

Theme tonight is Tie-Dye and glow sticks! Arrive by 5:30pm, check your events printed in the bathroom hallway, and MITES check in with Mite-Mom before warm-ups!

Mites/Midgets: behind blocks at 5:40pm

11&older: behind blocks at 5:50pm.

This is going to be a competitive, fun, high spirit meet, come prepared to cheer for your teammates! We need each and every swimmer and the points they will win by finishing the race all out! We want to end the season with our best!

Champs Info: deadline to RSVP for champs is TOMORROW Tuesday at 11am!

Tonight is the last chance for swimmers to qualify for Champs (Thursday July 25 and Friday July 26). Attached is a list of qualifying times for Champs. Avalon is allowed to swim the top 2 swimmers in each speed category, including Novice with a QUAL time. Coaches will be working on the meet line up Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are qualified and NOT attending champs or only attending one day, please E-mail Lori at [email protected] and let her know you will NOT be attending. If you are attending please RSVP Yes on the website. We will have entries for Champs completed by Friday. More information about Champs will be sent at a later date.
