Champs line up is attached! It is also posted at Avalon in the hallway by the bathrooms, if you would like your swimmers to look on the list themselves. We spent a lot of time making the line ups based on their top times and fitting as many swimmers into our line up as we could. Avalon can only have 2 swimmers in each speed category, 4 individuals maximum and 5 events total.  Please let us know ASAP (today) if you see any event that could be reviewed. Everyone had an GREAT season and we are proud of all of the swimmers for their accomplishments! We can't wait to celebrate with you this Sunday at the banquet!!!

If you are swimming in champs: We need to see you at practice as much as possible! 8:45-9:30am AND 4:00-4:45pm Mites and Midgets, 9:30-10:30am AND 4:45-5:45pm 11 and olders M-F until Champs. These practices are specially geared to help you swim faster at champs, get to know the champs team with secret buddies and have some individual attention from the coaches. 

Secret Buddies: today and tomorrow we will be picking secret champs buddies. Once you have a secret buddy, it is your job to motivate them with cards, candy, signs, anything creative! ($10 max spending limit).

Private lessons now until champs: All coaches are available for private lessons now until Champs. If you think this would benefit them psysically or mentally call one of the coaches to set up a time to meet at Avalon.
