RSVP RSVP RSVP PLEASE!  We tried seeding the meet tonight and we only have 91 YES Responses, 67 of you have not responded and 35 NO Responses.  WE are unable to seed the meet because we don't have enough swimmers and/or responses at the moment. 

This may sound brash but WE have asked to please let us know by Wednesday evening at 6pm and no later if your swimmers will be able to swim in the next meet.  Seeding the meet takes hours and we don't want seed the meet and run into the problems we did this past week.  We had to make so many changes last Monday we couldn't keep up and we ended up getting DQ'd in a few events and getting penalized in some events because we had swimmers in too many events and relays with too many boys because of last minute changes.

Please RSVP to the swim team website no later than tomorrow morning at 11am.  This is really important for us to seed the meet, or we will seed the meet tomorrow and your child will not swim because we will not be making any changes to the events and potentially costing us this week's meet.
