There will be a NOVA swim clinic this coming Thursday June 26 beginning at 8:30am.  One or several NOVA coaches will be on site at Avalon to run a swim clinic based on what our coaching staff thinks would be best for our group of swimmers.  This is also an opportunity to ask questions about the NOVA program.

There will be two 45-minute sessions:

8:30am-9:15am will be for the midgets, juniors, intermediates and seniors.

9:15am-10am will be for the mites.

Please do your best to take advantage of this opportunity.
