Just a reminder of the NOVA swim clinic tomorrow morning with coach Geoff and coach MC.  There will be two 45-minute sessions.

First Session 8:30am-9:15am:  Midgets, Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors

Second Session 9:15am-10am:  Mites

Please do your best to make it here as it will be very beneficial for all the kids and will help with the next meet and the remaining meets of the summer and JRAC champs.  It will focus on all the strokes but mainly breaststroke.
