We are swimming at Hermitage CC this Monday. The address is 1248 Heritage Road Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103. Our warm ups are not until 6p, but Jason will want all swimmers there earlier and it is about a twenty minute drive, so please plan accordingly. The pool phone is (804) 708-8937.  While there is seating on deck, it would be a good idea to bring folding chairs with you. Also, we have access to a grassy area next to a playground where we would be able to put up tents.  

We will be turning in our Meet Cards, so Hermitage can seed the meet in advance. We still need to verify all swimmers who have RSVP'd, so please have your swimmers check-in. I would also encourage you to go by the pool earlier to see what your children are swimming. This should be posted by the weekend if not sooner.  

Lastly, if you are a MMAM (Mite Mothers Against Mayhem!) please arrive a few minutes earlier if at all possible. If you are a Strokes & Turns Judge there is a meeting at 6:05p If you are timing in the first half please be aware of the timers meeting 6:20 and check-in.
