Communication and structure are needed for a successful program and do to a breakdown in both at the last couple meets we have decided to try something different and post the meet entries early as well as send them out in an attachment.  This is only possible with early RSVP's as well so thank for this week and please make sure you continue to RSVP early. 

However, entries in events are subject to change based on last minute illnesses or no shows.  Please make sure to check in with the coaches to make sure no entries have been changed or relays have been added or changed.  The coaches will also do our best to make sure we bring hard copies of all updated meet entries to the remaining away meets.

We hope this helps not only us but the parents and of course the swimmers.
