A few reminders for the swim meet at Hermitage Country Club Monday June 30 at 6:30pm. 

Please arrive no later than 5:30pm as we warm-up at 6:00pm to 6:15pm.  Hermitage Country Club is located at 1248 Hermitage Road, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103.  Head West on Patterson Avenue, Merge onto 288N, Exit onto Tuckahoe Creek Parkway/VA-740W, Merge onto Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Staying on Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Crossover Route 623/Hockett Road, When you Reach Route 676/Hermitage Road, Entrance to HCC will be straight ahead.

As you enter HCC property the pool will be on your right just past the tennis courts/fitness center.  The designated Avalon seating area will be on the right as you enter the pool area.  There will be chairs available but please feel free to bring folding chairs as well.  Bring tents for additional seating near the playground equipment in the grassy area to the right.

The theme is Patriotic since it is July 4th week and birthday week of Coach Caroline, July 3rd.  Please come dressed in your best Patriotic gear of red, white and blue. 

The coaches will have the mite roster and the whole team roster for check-in.  We will also have all the events everyone is swimming posted.  We will pass along the roster to the mite moms to make sure everyone gets checked-in.

Please try your best to make practice in the morning for last practice before meet work on technique and starts and turns.
