The swim meet from tonight is postponed until tomorrow night at the MDY at 6:30pm; be there at 5:30pm.

The mini-mite cupcake meet is canceled-NO mini-mite meet.

Wednesday with no unforeseen issues the coaches will be seeding JRAC champs.

Thursday morning practice is at 8:30am for mites and midgets and 9:30am for juniors, intermediates and seniors.  There will be a swim clinic given by the former Head Coach of St. Catherine's and St. Christopher's; Terri Sue Gault, whom I coached with this past winter.

Thursday afternoon practice is at 4pm for mites and midgets and 5pm for juniors, intermediates and seniors.

Friday practices and next Monday-Wednesday practices are from 8:30am to 9:30am and 4:00pm to 5:00pm for mites and midgets and 9:30am to 10:30am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm for juniors, intermediates and seniors.

We will let everyone know whom will be swimming in champs as soon as we get the results from the MDY meet.
