The Thursday morning clinic is for ALL AVALON SWIMMERS whom want to come not just for those going to champs.  The mites and midgets are from 8:30am to 9:30am and juniors, intermediates and seniors are from 9:30am to 10:30am.

We want everyone to have one last practice together while working on some fundamentals leading into next summer.
