PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEET VS THREE CHOPT ON MONDAY!

Gator Families,

Our second meet is on Monday, at Three Chopt Recreation Association.  Below is some important information regarding the meet.   Please let us know if you have any questions!

Address: 2100 Skipwith Road.

Gator Warm-ups:  6:00PM

**  ALL swimmers, please check-in at the Gators check-in table.   At this time, swimmers should record their event numbers, but will NOT need to take possession of their own cards. 

Parking:  Parking is within the pool grounds, as well as up the street at the school and Church. Church parking is only in the front, as they need the back area for their meetings. Please feel free to park right on Skipwith Road, facing Parham Road. Please take caution crossing the street. A police officer will be there to assist if needed.

Seating:   When you enter the pool, please turn left and you will have the left side of the pool for seating, as well as the baby pool area.

Results board is located next to the front desk, near the entrance to our snack bar and grill.

Food:  The grill will be open, where $7 per plate gets you a choice of an entrée, 2 sides, chips or cookies and a drink! In addition our snack bar will provide a host of yummy treats. A bake sale table, located by the bathrooms will sell bags of goodies for a $1.00.

 50/50 raffle:   It's $1/chance or $5 for 6 chances

Weather policy:   if thunder is heard or lightning seen, the pool must be vacated in a timely fashion. Families need to wait in their cars for at least a half hour from the last sound of thunder or last sight of lightning until notified that the meet will resume.
