Unfortunately, we also have to share with you that three bicycles (which belonged to Avalon swimmers) were stolen from the bike rack in the parking lot during the meet Monday evening.   These bikes were not locked, but were taken nonetheless.   This has not happened before and is obviously concerning to us.   We hope that nothing belonging to our guests was taken out of vehicles, etc.   We have not heard of anything gone missing from vehicles, but we wanted to share this information with you all.   Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

On a much brighter note, we had a great bake sale and raised a little over $150 for swim team. A huge thanks to the Brookshier, Shade, Lemelin, McCarty, Mumford, Ukrops, Couvillion, Hall, Jones, Zincone, Beverly, Haymore, Stephenson, Miller, Kelleher, and Moore families for bringing and donating items this week.

We also took all of our food donations to the VA Food Bank for Dunk Hunger. We weighed in at 226 lbs of food items just from Monday's meet! This is such a wonderful response. Thanks to all the families who participated.
