The Coaches and Parents relays will be swam against Westwood at the July 6th swim meet. This was posted wrong on the website as it said it was the last meet July 13. July 13 will be Senior recognition night. We want to put together some fun relays for the parents of Avalon to compete against a few from Westwood. I would like to have at least one medley relay of a strong backstroker, breaststroker, flyer and free and whomever else is interested in parent relays can participate in the free relays.

The Coaches will compete against the Westwood Coaches and both will be done at the beginning of the meet so everyone has a chance to see.

Any parents interested can e-mail me or Jenifer Cryer to let us know you would like to compete. Remember, relays are 4 people so if we have uneven numbers there is a possibility you may not be able to compete so the first people to e-mail his/her interests will be put on a relay. Also, specify if you want to be a Medley Relay or a free Relay.
