Here is the information we received from Kanawha about Monday night's meet!  

WELCOME GATORS
We are excited to host the Avalon Gators on Monday, June 29th, at 6:30. Attached is a letter about KRA that you can pass on to your swim team families. We will be doing fly-over starts during the meet. 

Also, our Clerk of Course plans to pre-seed the Mites ONLY on Monday. We are also going to have our Mites check in at our card table after upon arrival. 
I am passing on a message from our Clerk of Course who requests that all Mites be checked in and and all of the cards be turned in to the Clerk at the end of Warm-ups. Your Warm-ups are at 6:00.   Also, if you all have a list of your "no-shows", our Clerk requests a copy and has found that to be helpful. They will call the Mite relays and the first 2 IM's as soon as the last warm-up is done to being seeded and before the national anthem.

We will use the field for parking that is to the left of our lap pool​ for additional parking

To access field parking, continue on Holmes Road (off Ridge Road) past the KRA entrance. You will pass our pavilion and deck on the left. Immediately turn left behind the pavilion & pool area and continue straight to the field.  Also, can also ​exit the pool from the front parking lot to Ziontown Road.

Kanawha will also provide meal vouchers for your coaches. We look forward to seeing you on Monday! Please feel free to contact one of us if you have any questions.
