The fourth meet of the season is tomorrow Monday June 29, 2015 at 6:30pm at Kanawha. All swimmers need to be there no later than 5:30pm and check-in with the meet mom's at the check-in table. We have warm-ups at 6:00pm.

Also, we will do some fun relays with Kanawha prior to the meet starting and after they do their Senior recognition. Coach Caroline is putting together some mixed age group relays to swim against Kanawha. We will have three mixed age group relays; mites, midgets, juniors and intermediate/senior on each relay. It will be a 100m free relay and each age will swim a 25m free. It is for fun and to give some swimmers a chance to swim a relay.

We will have those relays done for you at practice in the morning.

The theme for tomorrow night's meet is St. Patrick's Day so come dressed in your best green attire.
