Jenifer Cryer and I are in the process of planning the swim team banquet for the end of the season. A few swim parents have brought it to our attention that their older swimmers (tween and teen ages) might not want a medal the the banquet and would prefer a certificate. We are happy to provide a medal for any swimmer on the team who wants one, but we don’t want to waste money on medals if a swimmer really doesn’t want one.

Please let me know by next Monday, July 7th if your child would like a medal at the banquet. If we do not hear back from  you, we will provide a certificate with the name of your swimmer as a way to recognize him/her at the banquet. We will provide small plaques for swimmers who win coaches’ awards.
