We Need Your Help for our Last Home Meet     

Thank you to all of our Avalon families who have worked hard to make this season happen!  We know many of you have worked more than the required 4 slots – thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond.  Our season is almost over and we want to go out with a bang, but we have a number of empty slots.  So we are asking for your help one last time.  Please consider emailing our Volunteer Coordinators at [email protected] or go online and sign yourself up for one of the following positions:

First Half – 1 Table Worker, 1 Runner, 1 Standby Timer, Bake Sale Table

Second Half – 3 Runners, 3 Swimmer Line Up, 1 Table Worker, 1 Timer, 1 Standby Timer, Bake Sale Table

If you have already signed up to work, please honor your commitment and show up on time and ready to go.  If you have a last minute conflict, please find your own replacement.

Thank you to the people who have so graciously stepped in all season long at the last minute to fill a spot that was suddenly empty!  We look forward to finishing strong!  GO GATORS!
