Good evening,

I just want to update everyone on practice time changes beginning Tuesday afternoon July 14. After the last meet of the season we have practice for those swimming in champs and the times change a bit. Next Tuesday is the mini-mite cupcake meet which everyone should attend to cheer on the little ones and the future swimmers of Avalon. The cupcake meet is from 3:30pm to 4pm and swim practice begins at 4pm for mites and midgets.

Here is the practice schedule beginning Tuesday next week.

Tuesday, July 14, 4pm-5pm mites and midgets; 5pm to 6pm juniors, intermediates and seniors

Wednesday July 14 through July 23: Morning practices will be 9am to 10am for mites and midgets and 10am to 11am for juniors, intermediates and seniors

Afternoon practices will be 4pm to 5pm for mites and midgets and 5pm to 6pm for juniors, intermediates and seniors.

There will be no afternoon practice Wednesday July 15 as all the coaches will be seeding all the swimmers and events for champs and it is an all day process. There will be morning practice from 9am to 10am for mites and midgets and 10am to 11am for the juniors, intermediates and seniors.

If there are any changes to this schedule you all will be updated very quickly.
