Good morning,

I am excited to announce that Endorphin Fitness, a local triathlon, fitness and swimming organization has agreed to come out and coach a stroke clinic next Friday, July 17 from 9am to 11am. Endorphin has been using Avalon for several summers now to swim train before our practices and we have a great relationship with them. We have gotten to know the Endorphin Fitness coaches over the past couple years and they coach/lead a tremendous program.

Michael Harlow, the owner/coach/trainer, is a tremendous athlete and triathlete and a national coach of the year and has a very impressive and outstanding resume. He along with several other Endorphin coaches with great resume's will be conducting a stroke clinic for all swimmers of the Avalon swim team whom want to participate. Any swimmer can participate not just champs swimmers. We want as many swimmers as possible.

The stroke clinic is next Friday July 17 from 9am to 11am. All 10 and under swimmers are encouraged to attend and participate from 9am to 10am, and all swimmers 12 and over are encouraged to attend and participate from 10am to 11am. This is a stroke clinic and will be very helpful for all swimmers.

Endorphin Fitness offers a lot of programs from triathlon training for kids to adults, personal training, and a YEAR ROUND SWIM program. It would be beneficial to come out next Friday and get some technical stroke work emphasis from some great local coaches whom know more than just swimming. Don't worry all  your Avalon coaches will be there too and want to be a part of it all.
