Good Evening Gator Family,

I apologize for sending out a mass email.  JRAC sent out a couple of emails today requesting volunteers for Champs. I realize that this email seems premature, but because of the tight turnaround time, I thought I would send it out right away.  

If you know (or think) you will be at Champs this year, please use the following link to Avalon's Signup Genius page (the access code is "Gators") to choose a volunteer slot: www.SignUpGenius.com/go/4090C4EAFAB2E5-arajrac2/4213213 .  As a team we are required to have all slots filled by Friday, July 17th.   Here is the order of events for Champs (to help with selecting a volunteer shift):  

Thursday (7/23) - 100 IM, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Medley Relays

Friday (7/24) - Freestyle, Butterfly, Free Relays

JRAC is also in need of referees, S&T officials and starters.  Please email me ASAP if you are interested in serving in this capacity.  I need to submit names at tomorrow evening's meeting.
