This is your reminder that our Swim Team Banquet will be held on Sunday, July 19th from 6-8 PM at the pool.

We will be having a fiesta and serving chicken or beef tacos with a variety of toppings and chips and salsa. We will provide drinks and cake for dessert. We have put a RSVP and volunteer icon on the Swim Meets page so you can respond to whether you will be able to attend or not just like you would for a swim meet. We need the number of adults and children that will be eating. If you are a vegetarian, please indicate that as well so we can have some options for you.

The cost per family is $15 and a check can be made out to Avalon. You can bring a check to Jenifer or Amanda at practices or at the swim meet on Monday.

We need your RSVP by Monday, July 13th (TOMORROW at NOON) to give a head count for our caterer. Please respond Yes or NO as soon as possible. If you are able to set up or clean up for the banquet or would like to help in some way, please sign up on the volunteer page. 
 

We hope to have a great turn out so we can end our season on a great note. We will be presenting medals, awards, and senior trophy cups at the banquet so please come and support the team!
