Good morning!  You are receiving this email because we don't want you to miss the deadline to RSVP for the swim team banquet on Sunday, July 19 from 6-8pm at the pool.  Please log into the website by noon today and indicate YES or NO.  We need to give a head count to the caterer today.  The cost of the banquet is $15 per family.  You can bring a check (made payable to Avalon) to Jenifer or Amanda at practice this week or the meet tonight or to the banquet.  Please do not drop a check in the office.  We will only order enough food for those that RSVP, so if we don't hear from you by NOON today, we will contact you individually to determine your status.  Please help us out and RSVP.  Thank you for your support!!
