Good Evening Folks,

 

I apologize again for sending out Champs information before the meet is even seeded, but after the coaches accomplish that task tomorrow, the deadlines imposed by JRAC come swiftly.  There are two things I would like to put on your radar before then:

PARKING PASS RAFFLE FOR CHAMPS:  (We have traditionally sold raffle tickets at the Swim Banquet, but this year's deadline of Friday, July 17th, prevents us from doing this).  Here are the details:

• $5 per ticket enters you to win a parking pass at NOVA (you may enter as many times as you wish).
• One parking pass will be given out for each day
• All money benefits the Michael J. Stott Scholarship Fund (given out each year to High School graduating Seniors)

Our family won the parking pass last year and having access to your vehicle and not being relegated to an off-site lot is worth every penny!

**Raffle tickets will be sold on THURSDAY (morning and afternoon practices) and WINNERS will be announced after the last practice on Thursday.   

​HEAT SHEET ADS:

The Champs Heat Sheet Book is usually a keepsake, that includes the name of each person seeded in every event.  There are ads of all sorts: corporate, family business, wishes from parents, grandparents etc.  

Ad prices are as follows: Full page - $20 (equal to 8.5 x 11), 1/2 page ad - $13, 1/4 page - $7 or you may sponsor an event for  $5

Ads and money (checks payable to JRAC) are due on Friday 17th at 5pm.
