Good evening,

The Coaches want to congratulate everyone on a great final dual meet of the season against Three Chopt. The entire team as a whole swam well, and there were great swims from the mites and midgets as they have been all season. A majority of our points were scored in the mite and midget divisions and several triple and quad winners from each group.

A special thank you to all the Avalon staff, mainly senior swimmers, whom participated in the last few meets. Your participation was very helpful in the meet scoring and qualifying for champs.

Also, a special thank you to all the swim reps, meet officials and referees and volunteers whom ran a very smooth and quick meet. These home meets would not be possible without all of you.
